For those of you lucky (and wise) enough to have booked your wedding weekend at Woodland + Wildflower Weddings, Back Forty is happy to offer up a wonderful brunch menu. Brunch is available to existing Back Forty customers and is a fantastic addition to your wonderful wildflower wedding.

Can be added to Saturday or even Sunday of your weekend.

Basic Brunch menu

With our brunch we wanted to start with a basic brunch and give our clients the ability to customize and create something unique.

Basic brunch includes:

Fruit Bouquet: Assorted fresh fruit arranged and assembled on location

Fresh cooked breakfast sausage and bacon

Choice of egg: Quiche, Frittata or Scrambled

French Toast Casserole or Sheet Pan Pancakes - served with melted butter & maple syrup

Assorted mini muffins and breakfast cookies

Infused Waters: A hydrating treat! Complimentary combos of fruit and herbs.

Back Forty Coffee Bar: Our informal custom made coffee bar includes regular and decaf, condiment station, sweeteners, creams, flavor shots and disposable cups.

A very nice spread on it’s own, however you can really get creative with addition add ons to customize as you see fit.

25 People $1000, 50 People $1750, 75 people $2250 and 100 people $2950

Each Add On is sized and priced for each 25 guests and available in 25 guest increments.

Shrimp Cocktail. The cool crisp crack of a juicy shrimp meets the fresh and tangy hit of cocktail sauce. $150

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bytes: A Back Forty staple. Sticky sweet with a hit of heat! Sooo Good! $75

Hot from the pot Crawfish. Give your guests the thrill of eating these tiny little “lobsters” don’t forget to suck out the juice! $250

Build your own Banana Split bar! Assorted yogurts, granola & toppings. Maybe grab an extra napkin for the kids. $150

Texas Breakfast Hash: potatoes, cheese, smoked meat and spices. Good stuff! $75

Taco Bar! We can add this midnight lunch addition right to your brunch. Shredded brisket and pork, hard and soft shells, fresh Pico de Gallo, cheeses, guacamole, sauces. Muy bien! $250

Eggs Benny Casserole! A deconstructed eggs benedict for your personal enjoyment! $95

Fresh smoked Beef Sausage or fresh smoked Chicken. $100
