Interior and exterior stills, carefully edited and delivered in MLS and web-ready sizes. Base pricing covers properties up to 2,500 sq. ft.

iGUIDE

An interactive property tour with room measurements and floor-plan tools. Pricing is $100 up to 1,200 sq. ft., $150 up to 2,500 sq. ft., and $190 up to 3,500 sq. ft. Larger properties are reviewed individually.

A wider view of the property, land, neighbourhood, and approach. Weather, location, and flight restrictions apply.

Home Staging

Since 2012, we have helped clients make the most of the furniture and accessories already in the home. We refine layout, flow, and finishing details so each room feels intentional and camera-ready, without bringing in rental furnishings.

$75 per hour - one-hour minimum

Virtual Staging

For vacant or lightly furnished rooms, virtual staging adds tasteful, realistic furnishings to the finished photograph so buyers can better understand scale, purpose, and possibility. The original image is always available as well.
